Biff uses a brightly painted musical cart topped by a giant umbrella as his balloon studio. During the day, Biff makes balloon sculptures and he talks and entertains children while they wait for his creations. Gentle Biff has long been considered a top quality balloon artist.

During his career, he has traveled throughout the Northwest, performing for kids of all ages during public and private venues.
